After/Before School Clubs for 2019-2020 will have 3 sessions:

Fall Session –  August 19, 2019 – October 25, 2019

Winter Session –  November 11, 2019 – February 7, 2020

Spring Session –  February 24, 2020 – May 15, 2020

 

Enrollment in Clubs

PTSA (professional vendor) Clubs – To REGISTER for clubs and renew enrollments, choose 'Register' from the menu on the left, or click here. Make checks out to “Roland Park PTSA”.

Running Club and Encore Dance Club (registration not available online)All enrollments in these two clubs must have a completed Run and Dance Club Form and check made out to “Roland Park K-8 Magnet” submitted to the school office (not classroom or club). Your child will be enrolled when both the Run/Dance Club Form and payment have been received. This is a teacher-led club.

 

Important Information

  • PICK UP: Clubs are released at 4:45, (3:45 on Mondays due to early release). The students enrolled in HOST will go to the MPR, all other students are to be picked up in the car rider’s driveway in front of the school.  Students must be picked up on time as we have not included any extra fees to cover the instructor’s time waiting. Students not picked up on time will be taken to HOST. Repeated late pickups will result in forced withdrawal from the club without refund.
  • ENROLLMENT: Students must be registered for their club online during the registration period in order for them to attend for safety reasons. Students not enrolled will be dismissed to car line or HOST when club begins. All students enrolled in a club must have a current mobile phone & email contact designated for the parent/caregiver.
  • NOTIFICATION: If you want to know of any changes in your club or club schedule, you must have an email contact listed in your account, and check it. Our system is only able to communicate via email.
  • PAYMENT: Make payment directly to Roland Park via check, money order, or Paypal on RolandParkPTSA.org (here) by the registration deadline. Run Club & Encore Dance needs form & payment to front office by deadline. (link up above)
  • TIME & LOCATION: All students will meet in the Gym directly after school, the instructor will meet the class and escort them to the meeting room. Each club will be held on Monday from 2:30pm to 3:45pm, and Tuesday through Friday from 3:30pm to 4:45pm.
  • CLUB CANCELLATION: If there is not enough participation in a club, the instructing teacher has the final decision to continue or cancel. We will advise promptly in the event of a cancellation, so please make sure you provide current contact information in your PTSA account.
  • CAPACITY: Some clubs have a maximum of students that can be enrolled, with returning students having priority. Once capacity has been met, the club will be closed to registration online, it will reopen if enrollment becomes available
  • BEHAVIOR: Only acceptable school behavior is permitted. Anything less will result in removal from club without refund.
  • SNACKS: Snacks will not be provided by Instructors, if you wish for your child to have a snack before club, please pack a snack.
