Winter Club make up days:

Monday clubs have a make up session on Monday, February 10 and Friday clubs have a make up session on Friday, February 14

Registration for the third and final session will open on February 12 and run through February 21

Spring Clubs will begin the week of February 24 and will run through the week of May 22. There will no longer be make up days for non school days. The club prices have been adjusted for days missed

After/Before School Clubs for 2019-2020 will have 3 sessions:

Fall Session –  August 19, 2019 – October 25, 2019

Winter Session –  November 11, 2019 – February 7, 2020 (Monday Club ONLY will start Nov. 4 due to Veteran's Day Holiday)

Spring Session –  February 24, 2020 – May 15, 2020

Running Club and Encore Dance Club (registration available through My Payment Plus)All enrollments in these two clubs must be completed through the My Payments Plus Portal.  Click Here for MyPaymentsPlus. These are teacher-led clubs.

Important Information

  • PICK UP: Clubs are released at 4:45, (3:45 on Mondays due to early release). The students enrolled in HOST will go to the MPR, all other students are to be picked up in the car rider’s driveway in front of the school.  Students must be picked up on time as we have not included any extra fees to cover the instructor’s time waiting. Students not picked up on time will be taken to HOST. Late pickups will result in forced withdrawal from the club without refund.
  • ENROLLMENT: Students must be registered for their club online during the registration period in order for them to attend for safety reasons. Students not enrolled will be dismissed to car line or HOST when club begins. All students enrolled in a club must have a current mobile phone & email contact designated for the parent/caregiver.
  • NOTIFICATION: If you want to know of any changes in your club or club schedule, you must have an email contact listed in your account, and check it. Our system is only able to communicate via email.
  • PAYMENT: Payment for clubs must be made at the time of enrollment by credit card or electronic check.   Payment for Run Club will be made through My Payment Plus at time of enrollment. (link up above)
  • TIME & LOCATION: All students will meet in the Gym directly after school, the instructor will meet the class and escort them to the meeting room. Each club will be held on Monday from 2:30pm to 3:45pm, and Tuesday through Friday from 3:30pm to 4:45pm.
  • CLUB CANCELLATION: If there is not enough participation in a club, the instructing teacher has the final decision to continue or cancel. We will advise promptly in the event of a cancellation, so please make sure you provide current contact information at the time of enrollment.
  • CAPACITY: Some clubs have a maximum of students that can be enrolled. Once capacity has been met, the club will be closed to registration online, but you can register for the "wait list".  Parents will be notified if any spots become available.
  • BEHAVIOR: Only acceptable school behavior is permitted. Anything less will result in removal from club without refund.
  • SNACKS: Snacks will not be provided by Instructors, if you wish for your child to have a snack before club, please pack a snack.
